Generally, the view from the interstate is dull. Yet, if you look close enough there are some great scenes to be had. There are a number of paintings-to-be from my trip home from Dallas to Shreveport today. This is the first.
I thought the melancholy in this picture went well with the portraits by Van Gogh and Degas I saw earlier today at the Kimble Museum in Fort Worth.
