Blue Vase Still Life

48x24 oil on linen canvas

This is my largest painting to date (it is on the large canvas I stretched recently, which is shown in an earlier post). I wanted to show how the light hits the table and then flows over the objections then trails off, riding down the cloth and up the vase and flowers.  This picture is a touch out of focus (cell phone camera), but still shows the large masses of light fairly well.
